The process for achieving this involved a detailed audit by ScotlandIS, under licence from Scottish Enterprise. This audit involved an assessment of not only our technical capability, but also our business robustness, quality procedures and project management capability. Etellect was successful, at the first attempt, in achieving this certification.

The following activities will be carried out as part of your project scope:

• The creation and agreement of a Project Management Plan – this plan will detail the quality assurance and management activities to be undertaken throughout the execution of the programme.
• The creation and agreement of a Risk Management Plan – this plan will detail how project risks will be managed throughout the lifetime of the programme.
• The creation and agreement of a Test Plan – this plan will detail how the deliverable application will be tested both internally and externally to ensure system integrity.
• The creation and agreement of a Configuration Management Plan – this plan will detail how the application configuration will be managed pre and post delivery
