Visimetrics are specialists in the development, manufacture, distribution and marketing of high-performance digital systems for CCTV and Video Surveillance. Currently at the forefront of the UK CCTV market and Visimetrics are also launching their products throughout the US.

Requirement

In line with their expansion, Visimetrics recognised the need to ensure that they provided a professional, interactive and up to date online offering, and asked Etellect to develop their new site.

Solution

Working closely with Visimetrics, Etellect redesigned their old website with content management, a members only area, and online system design aids to improve their customer experience.

The new website allows system installers and their clients to log on and download brochures, calculate disk size, fill in contact request forms and access the information pertinent to them quickly and easily. It gives Visimetrics full control over all their members, content and images, ensuring that their site remains the powerful interactive information tool that it was intended for.

The website is made even more powerful by being fully multi lingual so that as Visimetrics expand their operations worldwide, their website will expand with them.

Future

Etellect continue to provide consultative input to Visimetrics whenever our specialist services are required.  We are currently integrating the Etellect eShot module to allow Visimetrics to send branded emails to its target market.
