On delivery of specified content from the client, production can commence. We monitor and maintain the project plan on a daily basis, and deliver weekly updates to the client to inform them of project status. Once the production process is complete and content has been included, in-house testing begins. This testing ensures that we deliver a product for external client testing that meets the agreed specification. Client testing will then be recommended to ensure our delivered solution meets with full client approval. Any change requests at this stage that are deemed to be within original project remit, will be actioned, re-tested and approved.
