The output of Stage 3 will essentially be the fully working and approved solution. The solution will then be commissioned and tested in the live environment. At this point the client will be asked to officially sign off on the project. We then request that all clients complete a customer survey questionnaire to ensure that we can implement any recommendations or changes to our own internal smart processes to meet any future client expectations.
